So here it goes . . . my first blog. This is the start to my new life, as a travelling, blogging, adventure seeking woman. It is a goal I have always wanted to accomplish and it is now time to take that step. I always believe that to grow as a person you must constantly strive to reach new heights and get out of the comfort zone. The first step in leading up to the big adventure is getting prepared. With 4 weeks to go there is a lot of things that need to be done! Who would have thought packing up your entire life into a tiny backpack would be so difficult!! Anyone who knows me knows that I do NOT travel light. All part of the new challenges to face. So out of all the important things on my to do list before I leave, I have successfully managed to set up a blogging site where I can post photos, videos and updates on all the fabulous locations (and maybe some not so fabulous) that I will encounter of the next few months :) Currently the first stop is Croatia, for a week of relaxing, cocktails, and maybe a little bit of partying (ok maybe quite a lot) on a yacht with 9 other crazy Aussie / kiwi travelers. The yacht week seemed to be the perfect way to start off the adventure with a bang!
